Hero's - Frederick

Italian subs were good but too little meat to roll ratio. Asked to make them hot subs and they refused. There are better places , friendlier service and better subs for the money IMO

I liked heros a lot, the food used to be on point . Last 4 orders i have placed with them the food was whatever and they missed an item. Just now I ordered a pizza with a couple sides and they forgot the main thing, the pizza. Will not be ordering again.

I had a cheeseburger today. I arrived at 11:40 place dark no one in front. My cheeseburger not on menu. Not cooked right had to find server. Not cooked right second time. She never checked. Ate and left I have never been treated so rudely. Server was Norma what has happened? Used to be a good place to go.

We ordered the Milan sandwich, the chicken Brunello and a side of fries. The Milan sandwich was very dry and was not very meaty even though the description listed multiple meats. The chicken Brunello was supposed to come with a salad (a ceasar was ordered) and it was not included in our order. The chicken was extremely dry and there was very little sauce to counteract it. The fries and sauce were ok. But we will not be ordering again.

Presentation was nice. Too bad the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. Not sure what changed in this restaurant but the food quality and the food service has definitely gone down
