Made my order wrong. Asked for cold foam and somehow got my latte made with coconut milk instead.

The kind lady yogesh who was at the drive thru had a very positive Attitude. She greeted with a good morning and have a good day. That goes a long way. You don’t see such positivity in that industry.

They never have anything. I wonder why they are running the store! Bad management

This was 2 time coming here and when i walked in i didn't get welcome or smile a employee was on his phone look at me and look back to his phone and then slowly walked over and Sayed what you want, took my order then threw bag down and walked away and then someone else handed me my drink and she didn't smile and come again. as a food blogger i wont recommend this place anyone who follow me on my blog. this is the worst dunkin i have been to. if i could i would just give it a half of a star

This is the worst Dunkin ' ' facility ever. I have been here several times, to give them the benefit of the doubt. Several times, by noon they run out of donuts. What Dunkin ' runs out of glaze donuts? I have been inside a few time and the service is horrible. No customer service skills what-so ever. I was there standing for almost a p minutes, the place was empty and they didn 't even acknowledge me. Another person came in and they asked her if she has been help and she say yes. They were chatting among themselves. I tried to order on the kiosk they have which it doesn 't give the ability to select the flavor of the muchkin so I cancelled the kiosk order and attempted to order at the counter. After 5 more minutes of not being attended I left, donut-less. Horrible, never coming back! Save your time and go to a different location. If I was the owner, I would be ashamed that this is how my business is being ran.
