Subway - Franklinton

The location for online orders is terrible. They won’t start preparing your food until you arrive to pick it up, no matter how much in advance you place your order. The last time I ordered, they claimed they never received my online order, even though the payment had already been processed. I showed them the confirmation email and my order history on the Subway app, but they didn’t seem to care. I ended up having to place a second order and dispute the charge for the first one with my bank after the payment was taken. This location really needs to be shutdown. We’ve stopped ordering from here, even though it’s only three minutes from our home, and now we drive the extra distance to either Youngsville or Creedmoor. It’s that bad!

I've frequently been disappointed with this restaurant, but this recent experience took the cake. I stopped by and saw the open sign lit up, but when I tried to enter, the doors were locked. I even spotted an employee at the counter as I drove by, but they must have hidden upon seeing me approach. I called the restaurant, and they explained that they were technically open, but not at the moment because they were "out of breeeeead." So that was amusing, to say the least.

Your sandwiches are quite disappointing and leave a lot to be desired. Additionally, there was an unexpected mess on my table. Is there such a thing as too much oil? This isn't a deep dish pizza!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, efficiency, and friendly service at this Subway in my town. I've had a negative experience with another location nearby that started skimping on the fillings in their subs. While it might have saved them some money, it ultimately cost them my business, and they ended up closing down. So, when I first visited this Subway, I was relieved to see a positive difference, but I wondered if it was just a one-time occurrence. Thankfully, it wasn't! After multiple visits with no disappointments, I'm happy to give them a solid 5 stars. Nothing ruins a sub like stale bread, and I haven't encountered that here at all!

This place is great for a quick bite! The sandwiches taste just like what you'd expect from a standard Subway, and the ingredients are fresh. The atmosphere is pleasant, with music playing throughout. It's also a nice spot to visit alone. However, I feel the staff could be a bit more energetic. One downside is that they don’t seal the sandwiches properly, which can make them difficult to eat. Overall, though, it’s a solid choice!
