Papa's Pizza To Go - Franklin

Papa was once my favorite pizzeria, but I've been having issues with them lately. Their service has been delayed, and my phone calls often don’t go through — they're not answering the phone. When I finally do manage to get through, I've been told they don’t have any delivery drivers available. Yet I can see their drivers delivering to my neighbors. I don’t understand why they can’t find people to work. Other pizza chains seem to have no problem keeping their drivers. As much as I'd prefer to order from Papa, I’m starting to lose hope and have given up on trying to get pizza from them. It’s really disappointing.

The pizza was absolutely fantastic! It reminded me of homemade pizza. The dining area was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try because I will definitely be coming back!

I've been a loyal customer of Papa's Pizza for the past 10 years since I moved to Franklin, and I've recommended them to many people. Unfortunately, I can no longer place orders there. It seems that with new management or ownership, both the food quality and customer service have significantly declined. I recently spent a good amount of money on pizza, only to find that it needed to be reheated. When I called to address the issue, all I was told was that it shouldn't have been cold since it was kept in the warmer. But honestly, I live nearby and expected my food to be served hot. I order pizza to avoid cooking, so I would appreciate it being properly heated when it arrives.

The food was great before. Not so much now! With the price increases the quality is not worth the money.. And then you have the text message and only offer??? What is that it is not for loyalty to go orders and their name is called papas pizza to go!

Great pizza, sandwiches, salads. Prices are good. Fast and friendly service. We've never had a bad meal. And you can dine in at their new location.
