Mi Casa - Franklin

Terrible service and management at this restaurant! The food was average. My beer was warm, which is unacceptable. Both our server and the management refused to adjust our bill or even replace the warm beer with a cold one. I will never go back to this place again!

The eggs were not properly cooked. At first they gave me agitator, I asked for fried. Then the fried eggs were boiled hard. I asked for half water, half sweet tea and got a cup of water and a glass of unsweetened tea.

Currently in the next Mexican restaurant past the tax office after leaving before my food arrived at this place. The staff was so rude for me at mi casa that I was nuinly annoyed and embarrassing when leaving. I literally never write bad reviews. I really feel when it's not a positive review, keep my mouth shut. But this place is insanely disrespectful and her staff has brought me to the point where I will never be again. I don't want to share details, but I'll say that. Go to El charro instead. And to give Casa, how dare you. Also the restaurant is dirty with bugs and it smells like waste water inside. Yeah, that's the place. The answer the owner acts as if it weren't the place, but that's exactly the place I'm talking about.
