4/17 1205pm I made a big mistake on my order. Manager fixed for me. Definitely recommend coming here. Itll be my regular go to...She made me a customer!

I walked in at 9:30 and they claimed they were closed. Didn’t even lock the door and manager was really rude

As a manager a few notes.Staff were a bit rude inside.Lobby needed a spruce up.Attitudes needed adjustingBut the food was good.

Service was way to slow. An employee from Walmart came in on her break ordered and got her food in about 5 minutes or less while several of us had been waiting for 15-20 minutes if not longer for our food. I was told this person had ordered ahead of time. That’s a lie. If this is so, why did she have to wait in line and order just like we did? How come Arby’s can’t give senior discounts? Sometimes they can sometimes they can’t. If I had been by myself I would have demanded my money back. Oh by the way, I got a free cookie, big deal. A free meal would have been better.

The worst Arby's ever. I have been through the drive thru twice and both times got the wrong order. It was made the same both times so you need to teach employees the difference between a number 1 and a number 2....
