Mcdonald's - Franklin

Beyond terrible experiences. all the things expect that the cook must go! they have changed our order wrongly to eat with someone and they are good mad at us. I will never return to this place with some others. a brunch of unhappy man!

Fast service. But drive thru order taker was rushing through orders. Like, let me tell you when I'm done.

Service was very fast, food was waiting when we pulled to the window. Order was correct. Previous visits have not been so pleasant but seems they are getting better.

Was served a raw burger. Completely under cooked 7/22- The General Manager called to Apologize and said that the problem was taken care of.

A few months ago I came to this mcdonald’s at 1030 in the at night baked, ordered a big Mac food and got my food and went home. I get home to open my box of my favorite burgers, because there is missing 1 out of the 2 patties. sad, defeated, but still hungry, I ate it. Today my first time came back, the same scenario. I ordered my 10 pieces spicy nugget meal with the hot sauce, paid, and got my food right for the first time. once I spent more time with the car in and out of the restaurant than I sat in the car. I hope tonight wasn't even something. keep it up.
