Villa Marine Grill - Frankfort

They denied our group service this weekend. We had a group of 9 that entered the establishment and said they couldn't accommodate a group larger than 6 although the place was less than a third full.We have been all over the state and never heard anything like this. It was like the minute we walked in, they decided we were not going to be served. On the plus side, we went to several other places that night that welcomed our business and we will be telling our friends. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

We didn’t even stay! We had walked into this bar and grill at the same time as a few must have been locals. They walked and sat right down so we just kept walking in and sat down on their outdoor patio (which was beautiful, super bummed I didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay). We waited for a little bit and were enjoying the atmosphere when a woman with dark hair came out and said “I guess you didn’t see the please wait to be seated sign”? We felt terrible and must have missed it because we walked in with a group. We apologized and she stormed off and came back out with menus. I decided I didn’t feel comfortable eating here anymore and promptly told her we wouldn’t be dining here anymore. She stormed off again. I am so glad we did decided to leave. It’s clearly a local bar that doesn’t enjoy tourists. I was never rude to this woman in any way. When we walked out we looked around trying to find the please seat yourself sign it and it was in an odd location. Honest mistake, and I apologized.

We tried to go. Website said it was open but when we arrived, it was closed.

All restaurants in the city in the early during the week. we were at 9 and ended at this place. the wife had a strip and was not too impressed. I had the wet burrito and enjoyed it. Of course, the great selection of craft beer makes everything better and they had a few big telivisions with the tigern.
