The Frankfort

Fantastic food. But the New England clam chowder is possibly the best I've ever had.... and I've been up and down the east coast enjoying all the great seafood shacks and restaurants along the way Service: 5 Location: 5

We liked this: The hotel is centrally located and close to the beach. We really liked the hotel bar. Very nice and helpful bartender. Very good restaurant. that didn 't promise us: However, when we arrived we found dirty towels in the sauna. The bed linen also had various stains. After we reported this, we were cut by certain people (including the manager). Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4

I was there at the end of the season and dining quite late, so it was very quiet, but the service was very friendly and the food was both good value and tasty.

Had dinner and brunch at Hotel Frankfort while staying there on a recent weekend. The staff is attentive, kind, and very helpful. The food was tasty, though not knock your socks off wonderful/once in rare find. The brunch buffet had plenty of good, well prepared brunch and lunch staples, and both the made to order omelette and waffle stations were much appreciated lots of variety for omelette fillings and waffle toppings! What they do, they do well.

Our meal was overdone and just warm. My husband had ribs and they were dried out. I had fish and it was overdone as well.
