Kfc - Framingham

The cashier was unprofessional, as he kept sticking his fingers on his nose while continuing to work. This is not acceptable behavior; he should wash his hands right away. It's quite unpleasant to see this in front of customers. Date of visit: August 17, 2022, KFC, 149 Cochituate Road, Framingham, MA.

The food here is excellent, and it's clear that the staff is working extremely hard. Unfortunately, they are severely understaffed. I placed a pickup order for 4:45 PM around 4:25 PM, but I didn't receive my food until about 4:55 PM. The parking lot was full, so I had to park in a space that warned me I could be towed if I stayed for more than 15 minutes. I was almost late returning to work because of this, and I was fortunate not to get towed. I'm giving this place three stars mainly because a few staff members have a really positive attitude, which I appreciate, especially since I work in retail and understand the challenges they face.

This is my first review, and if I could give zero stars, I would, but since that's not an option, I'm giving it one star. I went to the store today to pick up an order, and when I arrived, my order was nearly ready. I asked the lady if everything was included, and she said yes, but the sauces I ordered were missing. When I requested them, she was very arrogant. To double-check, I asked again if everything was packed, and she shouted at me, rudely saying, "Whatever you ordered is there." When I asked for extra sauce, she again responded with arrogance, asking, "What do you need?" I later learned that her name is Sabana or Zabana, and she is the store manager. While I was speaking with her, another staff member was cracking jokes and laughing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This was a truly terrible experience and ruined my entire weekend. I highly recommend not visiting this store when she is on duty. If the manager is so rude, I can only imagine how the other employees behave. Thank you!

This location is wayyyy too small to handle the amount of business they receive, so everyone suffers. The employees are clearly over-worked and underpaid so they move very slow( I don't blame them) and the food ends up being cold and gross many times,especially at night. The customers are rude as hell because they have to wait longer than normal for fast food. It's just acircus. Not to mention, the parking lot very small and shared with 3-4 other businesses They need to move locations, or open upanother one- the demand is clearly there.

I have nothing against this location of Taco Bell combined with KFC. However, my order was very subpar. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with a drink and three Doritos locos tacos. The spicy chicken sandwich was fine I guess. I thought it was very mediocrefor a fast food chicken sandwich. The Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich is at least three times better. The sauces they gave meeven the Diablo sauce was really not spicy. The Doritos locos tacos were way worse than I remembered from a few years ago. Beingaware of the negative health consequences of eating here and what they put in their taco filler. I will not be eating hereagain.
