Culver's - Fox Lake

It was safe 7/10/22 at 18 o'clock, we went in the dinning room was packed and the trip thru was long. we waited for the parking lot. I saw this girl running in rain command. we came back at 7 times, people who worked harder than ever! so many people have yelled! I felt bad, but these hardworking men and women got us our food and even apologized for how disgusting the other guests were. I will definitely come back after a boat trip to make sure that they know how much their effort meant for me and my man!

I was hoping for a more subtle experience. The service was quite slow, it took about 20 minutes before our food arrived. However, the food itself was delicious.

This restaurant is fantastic! Despite being short-staffed, the workers really put in the effort to provide good service. They just want to feel appreciated by their customers.

I visited a beautiful and clean restaurant with my father and brother. They both knew what they wanted for dessert (caramel cashew sundae for my father and the taste of the day for my brother), but I was unsure. I ended up choosing a strawberry mango cooler based on a recommendation from a coworker who mentioned the pumpkin topping. We enjoyed our desserts while browsing on our phones. The coworker, who may have been the manager or owner, came to our table to check on us and surprised us with an order of onion rings on the house. The staff was very friendly and it appeared that there may have been a veteran working there (there was a navy flag outside). We will definitely return to this restaurant because of the exceptional service we received during our visit.

Absolutely the WORSE service! If I could give less than zero Stars I would..Been to this location several time because I live local but NEVER again! Went through the drive thru just now placed my food order, girl gave me a told me to pull up my order would be brung out to me, well 10 to 15 minutes later no one came out, I finally had to go inside and was told that they gave my order to another customer even though I had number 74??REALLY????Never again, Culver's you just lost a long time customer, definitely taking my business from this day forward to your competitors.
