Subway Sandwiches Salads - Fortville

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and even hung up on me. It seems she lacks proper communication skills when dealing with customers. I believe the owner should pay more attention to the staff's behavior.

This Subway was really disappointing! I ordered a footlong and asked for banana peppers, but the employee only added four slices. When I requested more, he put on just two additional slices and then tossed a handful back into the bin. I couldn't believe how he acted when I asked for more than six slices on my sandwich, as if it were coming out of his paycheck. On top of that, only half of the meat and veggie bar was operational, with the other half apparently broken. I typically enjoy lettuce on my sandwich, but it was brown, so I opted not to get any. I've lived in Fortville for about 12 years and have given this location multiple chances. Honestly, don’t waste your money here!
