As one of Dan's closest friends, I have watched him develop his skills as a chef over many years of very hard work. The results and achievements speak for themselves. Having eaten at several of the restaurants he has worked in, I am probably one of very few people who can vouch for the consistently impeccable service, quality and taste of the food he is so capable of creating.
