We had a fantastic time with Angus at the Cocktail Masterclass. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, teaching us about the art of cocktail making and ensuring we enjoyed some delicious drinks!

We had high expectations as the menu of food and drinks looked wonderful, but it was very disappointing. The Martini was hardly a mouthful and the Gin Tonikum had so much ice that you could not taste gin within 3 minutes. There were only 1 of... the listed red wines actually available and it was too hard for the meal. Apart from hummus, food was just fine. We will not be back and would not recommend.

When I went there for the first time, there was an amazing lady who really new her stuff and could make fantastic cocktails. Had a great time. Went sat at 3:00. Choose two of the same cocktails and took a good fifteen try to explain a simple cocktail. I found that the lady no longer works there and the staff seems to be 12 years old, without direction or notion of what there is. We wanted to stay for food, but the man sitting next to us table (he was asked to leave his table for other walkins) beat King St., so we went there instead of for food and other drinks.... COURT

I visited arvo on Thursday and found the restaurant to be quiet with only a few occupied tables. They offer a variety of house and classic cocktails, as well as a wide selection of gin based on signature aroma profiles. The Martini I tried was delicious, though a bit heavy on the Vermouth. However, cleanliness was an issue as the floor near the bar was sticky and there were visible marks on the tables from the previous evening. Additionally, the bottom of the cocktail glass was dirty as well. See attached photo for reference.

Disappointing I bought this on red balloon 5 course meal) the food was not very flavoursome. The photos look better then the food actually does. Tables were not clean. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Very expensive for cocktails. The seating was uncomfortable. I would not...go back. And would not recommend it to my friends.
