Kfc - Fort Wayne

Everything was fantastic! The chicken tenders were delicious, and the service was outstanding! I'm really glad I decided to go inside to place my order. I will definitely return!

The slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Don't order from here through DoorDash. I've been waiting for 20 minutes already. Thanks, KFC. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude.

Not happy with this KFC. Last 2 times I was charged for items I had ordered when I got home almost $7 worth was not in bag each time. Will not go there ever again. Pay for something don't recieve it. Disgusting.!!! (A bit better this time but slowgetting food order. Ordered 3 pot pies, took 30 minutes because they had to make them. 3 more people came in for pot pies alsohad to wait ????????. On the flip side the help was great, especially the young girl taking our order, top notch, kudos to her.

Was waiting to place an order staff was extremely slow. Then got told lobby was closed, place order through the drive through. Called over manager got told those in line currently could still place orders. Took 15 minutes more before the next person hadgot to place an order. I left without ordering. This KFC is lacking in customer service and most likely cost themselves aregular customer.

The 15-year-old working the drive-through provided terrible customer service. They wouldn't accept my coupon, nor would they offer any compensation for not being able to use it. They were also out of crispy chicken, and when I reached the window, the employee told me they were out of biscuits as well. Instead, she gave me cookies. When I asked for a phone number to talk to a manager, I was laughed at and told to Google it instead.
