6 employees working the drive through. I was waiting in the store for a few minutes before I had to start yelling for service. After I started yelling loudly kindly, asking if anyone could please help me at the front, 4 employees looked over and did nothing. After yelling 5 or 6 times more and literally demanding service, a baker from the back came forward to help Food: 3 Service: 1

Waited for service at the front till, was ingnored by staff until I finally just left. Maybe stop sweeping the floors and pay attention to the people in your store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience. I had order steep tea and it was not fresh and it was not warm or hot. It was cold. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1
