Dunkin' - Fort Riley North

I frequent Dunkin' Donuts, and every time I go, the service is amazing. There have been times when the staff stopped and chatted with me. Service is fast and friendly! America, you're doing an amazing job. Thank you, everyone at Dunkin', for a friendly staff, fast service, and great treats! I'm always getting my fix with a coffee ?You guys don’t know how much your smile has blessed me. Keep up the good work.

Order is always messed up, no enough personal in there, take forever on the drive

I don't know if the employees aren't being trained correctly or if they just don't care, but this place has so many problems. The drink quality is never consistent and regularly just wrong. Their macchiatos taste like straight milk so I'm honestly not sure if they're adding the correct espresso amounts. Today I was overcharged for a drink and didn't realize it until I compared prices on the app. They are regularly not open when their hours say they should be, causing issues if you order ahead.

I absolutely LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS!At this location, the staff members work hard and they always do a great job! They provide excellent customer service. Also a huge shout out to the (Shift Manager) America for ALWAYS doing an incredible job with all my orders! She is Professional, sweet and polite. Their store location is always clean and their staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for Breakfast and coffee! Thank You Dunkin I love your Service?

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in four different states, and this is by far the worst. Once, I was asked at the drive-through to hold on for a second, as the person at the call box would be right back. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to go inside, and the doors were locked. It was 9 AM on a Saturday. Another time, someone at the call box told me I couldn’t choose the doughnuts I wanted at the drive-through. I get what they choose to put in the bag. If you want an iced coffee, well, forget about that. The only cold thing in the ‘iced’ coffee is the actual ice. They are the only Dunkin within 20 miles of where I live, and at this point, I’d rather choke on broken coffee-flavored glass than deal with their shenanigans.
