Menya Sandaime - Fort Lee

There was a time when Menya was known for its delicious ramen in Fort Lee, but since expanding as a franchise, I have noticed a drop in quality control. The pork can be inconsistent, sometimes good and sometimes not so great. If you were to eat at Menya regularly, you would get a different version of the same bowl each time. The chashu (pork) really impacts the overall taste. The broth also varies slightly in taste each day. Despite these issues, I still enjoy the gyoza and would eat it every day if I could. Despite the inconsistencies, I still find myself coming back to Menya because I just can't resist.

I arrived at around 7 o'clock and found the restaurant to be very quaint and small. The menu was also quite limited, which I personally enjoy in ramen shops. I decided to order the tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. The tonkotsu ramen had a rich and flavorful broth, with toppings such as chasu pork, mung bean sprouts, scallions, soft boiled egg, and spinach. The gyoza were also delicious. Overall, it was a cozy and charming place to dine. The dining experience was okay, not bad.

Tasty raves each time, and the prices are very good. take was super fast, and broth was separated, so didn't have to worry about it going soggy. highly recommended if they are in the mood for ramen.

This is a good razor spot, but with a star for me, let me explain. I don't like spinat in my rammen, and I wonder who does that? never seen spinat in rammen, before that was a first. Anyway, except for spinat, I didn't complain to anyone else.

Slowly I have eaten more raben and there are places like these that offer me such a delicious experience that I want to eat more and more. this place is by far one of the best ramen restaurants in bergen grafschaft. small location, but you eat with tons taste. I have the traditional ramen soup and my friend ordered their special cold ramen with garnelen. the portion size was so big that I couldn't finish everything even though I really wanted to! this will be my way to the Ramen spot!
