Kfc - Fort Lee

It should be simple for the restaurant to check orders and ensure all items are included. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund or compensation for the missing items. It's frustrating when I can only trust a fast food place to get my order right if I'm physically there. The lack of sauce affected the taste of the chicken, and overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied. If this had been gourmet fried chicken that was rich and flavorful on its own, I might not have minded as much, but as it stands, KFC chicken really needs that sauce to taste good. Overall, I was not happy with my experience.

I think this restaurant is underrated. It's a mix of KFC and Taco Bell! I went there late at night, and the service was fast, with the food hitting all the right notes (although they did run out of coleslaw, which may have worked out for the best). They were also quite generous with the sauces, which I really liked! Take a look at the photo of the delicious spicy chicken sandwich.

The staff is very welcoming, and the food is delivered promptly.

Among all the fast food restaurants I've ordered from, this KFC/Taco Bell location has had the most issues with order accuracy on UberEats. Proceed with caution if you choose to order from here. There's a high chance you'll receive missing items, different drinks than what you ordered, or even a completely unexpected food item in your order.

The restaurant doesn't allow online orders when certain items are out of stock. I’ve experienced this frustration multiple times after paying delivery fees. This has happened around five times now, and they really need to improve how they handle this situation.
