Taco Fresh Food Truck - Fort Lauderdale

I emailed them to cater an event and they never emailed me back. So, I called them and spoke with a man and told him about the email and he said he was sorry and he would email me or call back immediately. Never heard from him. I have heard that they are not professional or reliable but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt-but they proved to be not reliable.

The consume alone was worth the trip. Full of rich flavor, drown your quesadilla in this stuff and stand by to experience something special.

A friend of mine recommended Taco Fresh Food Truck tacos to me last year. So I decided to give their Pico Rivera location (no longer open) a try. Taco Fresh Food Truck are the best! You must try the tostadas, the consomé and vampiros! I'd recommend for you to go on an empty stomach so you can enjoy as many tacos as you can! So sad they only have their FL location since now I have to drive further out but totally worth it.

Just Decided to No-Show! Reserve the taco truck for our show the Bonfire Party 30 days in advance even called to confirm. Then the day of the show they just did not show up tried calling and texting no response even to this day. Very unprofessional! And 300 people to feed.

We had Taco Fresh booked for several weeks for an event today between 4-8pm. At 6pm, after 2 hours of attempting to reach them over the phone, we finally spoke to Alex who simply said, Oh, I forgot . The last time we used this food truck they were over an hour late (without a call to let us know). When I voiced my frustration, Alex simply hung up the phone. Beyond rude. THIS FOOD TRUCK IS UNRELIABLE and needs a huge lesson in customer service. DO NOT USE THEM, unless of course you like Russian Roulette.
