Salad Bowl - Fort Lauderdale

Humongous portions, nice service, honest food, eclectic, urban mix of mosquitoes in an inconceivable, central location.

Not from the area and stay in a hotel. My important other and I were looking for a place for lunch until check in time at 4pm and decided to try this place. This café was very tasty, the checkout was very helpful and polite. She gave great service. My important other had lunch special with Teriyaki chicken and rice and beans while I had the Caribbean steak salad and both shared a beef-emmanada. WOW this meal was amazing, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

Great place! Great food, great attention very good prices! All a great experience!!! The owners are the cook and the cash register beautiful people!

I wish I had gone earlier, they have excellent selection and quality and outdoor sessions with a park over the street. I have the fish speciality they have for daily specialties, including chicken. You get it with 2 pages and the portions are huge. I was so full of what is rarely found in downtown. They do everything in the house that it seems, and the flan is also prepared by the cook. I can't wait to try again, more of her stuff.

Beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy a lunch, and people were very friendly!! Im sure i will be back soon
