Royal 350 Tap Kitchen - Fort Lauderdale

We checked the menu online, made a reservation through their site, drove 20 miles through rush hour traffic in Las Olas, and paid for parking, only to find the doors of the Royal 350 Tap restaurant locked and chained! They’ve gone out of business! It’s almost humorous after being so frustrating: not only does OpenTable still have our reservation for a closed restaurant, but they also asked me to write a review about my experience at the Royal 350 Tap! Who’s more embarrassing for their lack of awareness: Royal 350 Tap or OpenTable?

When we arrived, the restaurant was closed despite having made a reservation for 22 people. We were quite frustrated that OpenTable still allows bookings for this restaurant.

Came here with my family to celebrate my sister's 37th birthday. We had a reservation with OpenTable and when we arrived, they had our table ready in a great spot in the restaurant. Patricia, our server, was nice and attentive. We where's group of 9 and they did a good job with the service. The food and drinks were great, especially the old fashioned, tropical margarita, bang bang shrimp, shrimp and grits, Thai burger and cookie skillet dessert.

It’s almost funny how miserable it was: not only does Open Table still have our reservation for a restaurant that’s no longer open, but they also requested that I write a review about my experience at the Royal 350 Tap Restaurant! Who is more embarrassing for their lack of information: Royal 350 Tap or Open Table?!!!
