Press Gourmet Sandwiches

I visited this restaurant on September 17, 2018, because it was so good the first time I had to try something new. On my first visit on September 9, I had a sandwich with mustard on muffin bread and caramelized onions. I opted not to have the onions, but my sandwich was loaded with plenty of meat and cheese. It was delicious! The atmosphere was a bit sterile, but when I walked in, I received a warm welcome. There was a young girl behind the counter who was busy, but she looked up and kindly asked me to wait a moment, which I appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed my sandwich and the service was great!

The sandwiches were divine, with soft ciabatta bread, generous portions, tender proteins, and mouthwatering sides. A combo meal costs $13.50, which includes a side and a drink, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, alongside fries and mac and cheese. However, at that price point, I find it tough to justify making this a regular stop, especially given its rather uninspiring location in a dull plaza that detracts from the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, Press Gourmet boasts an impressive array of sandwiches, ample portion sizes, and quick service. I would recommend giving it a try at least once.

We started with the truffle fries, which are a must-try! They were loaded with parmesan, truffles, and just the right amount of seasoning. Make sure to grab a fork; there’s so much cheese that you’ll want to enjoy every bite. They also come with a delightful aioli, which is a wonderful addition. My wife chose the daily sandwich, which is very popular. It features ciabatta bread filled with brie, chicken, apricot jam, and spinach—all of which combined beautifully. If you’re looking for something healthier, I opted for a chicken salad that was very generous in portion size and quite reasonably priced. It included baby spinach, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, and feta, served with a raspberry vinaigrette on the side. Overall, a fantastic experience!

After following them on Instagram for a few months. I tired them out. Wow the chicken sandwich was amazing and so were the tater tots.

Drive well and the food is always delicious.
