Pomperdale A New York Deli

One of our local faves. We come for food their homemade potatoes knishes and noodle ball (usually going), large pastrami, and the best smoked sable plate. Then we'll stay a few extra minutes for the entertainment. That's Andrew. He must have been on vaudeville in his former life and entertained us while he preps the commands.

Great service, very friendly and the best pastrami sandwich I ever had, I had the smaller ones and it was huge! A must try place, I would go all the time, but I live in Chicago the next time I'm in tow I'm sure I'm back.

My new obsession: healthy, authentic New York Deli! I am of course a huge fan of Corned beef and hot pastrami, but I often get some of the amazingly freshly cut turkey breast on Rye also with potato salad naturally! And the pimples are actually perfect: Chris, fresh, and only a touch of Saly and vinegar. I love everything!

The best of all. I love the chopped liver plate. Husband loves the nova salmon plate. I can't do anything wrong. Not unusual, but excellent food.

.......my first visit there and I can't wait to go back.......quality of food was far superior to any other sandwich since moving down from Toledo....7 years ago. The place was clean as a whistle! The young lady behind the cash register was as helpful and kind as she could be.......that always means so much.
