The food is always delicious and the ride through was fast and accurate. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich had this amazing Mayo on it. The Cheesy Yucca Bites were hot and fresh. Everything for great experience! Yummy!

Customer service does not exist at this location. I waited for more than 20 minutes without confirmation by her staff. Unfortunately, there were two customers in front of me who had already ordered and had waited for 20 minutes. When the manager finally took my order, she was unprofessional, impatient, as if I prevented her from doing something more important. To round it off, I did not get dinner rolls, chicken was cold, and sauces were not available. The staff of this entire store must be professionally trained, including the administration responsible in most cases to bring new rentals with basic hospitality training on board. Profanity is explicitly expressed by employees in front of customers and there is no reason for unacceptable, unprofessional behavior. Staff talked more about personal business than focusing on customer service, and no one led the ship. The so-called manager obviously slept at the wheel or was recently promoted and could not separate the business of friendships as she stood and gave no direction. Sad, there was a lot of hope in this place when he was built. Perhaps the property or office must focus on training and hiring managers with degree in hospitality, so that they 're qualified to actually lead teams in customer/guest services.

I often come to this place as it is close to work and home. Staff and service is good, but they are always short on DARK meat: and not able to fulfill the order I want. This is nothing new and happens when I ordered almost a month. Maybe order more Dark forward.

Yesterday I asked for dark meat and when I received my food, it turned out to be white meat. The following day, which is today, I ordered dark meat again and it made it clear that I didn't want white meat because you were forgetting and giving white meat yesterday. I talked to a woman, the woman was then interrupted by the manager (male) Andre said loud and rude? There must be enough dark meat for everyone to mix? Then he told the woman? Do you understand? That was two days in a row, a very bad experience, especially from an rude and evil manager. I will no longer come here and I will make sure that other people know not to come to this unprofessional and evil place.

My sweet husband buys food here for takeout. and the food was. Horrible burnt bananas. the pork completely watery. It is a lack of respect that the Employees have in this place. I am outraged. it's not fair. They never think about the client and what is going to open at their house. I feel cheated. They should close this point. tropical chicken
