Ihop - Fort Lauderdale

The food was good. Breakfast and lunch were good. I wish my server was better. Has not written the order and returned twice to check the order. And then more time spent talking to another customer and did not want to ask if we needed refills. We had to ask for their attention and refills

No air conditioning Long waiting time at a Monday morning tables were available, but the staff was not clean, All staff seemed more included with picking orders than immersed. Ordered Steak food medium rarely came well done. It took a long time to get drinks on the table. Everything was good. They had no avocado, although on the menu. The employees were loud when they were related to any work, and otherwise this has negatively influenced the entire atmosphere.

Service was horrible! Worst experience ever! Need training, by experience trainee in customer service! Ran out of onions, didn't bring syrup for pancakes, had to ask for syrup, forgot the toast for my breakfast, had to ask and when I did said it would take a few minutes. When the toast finally came my breakfast was almost over. Computer broke down and had to wait at least ten minutes. Before paying our bill , then they had to add it up in their heads to give us a total.

Went in with my wife for brunch. It's was busy and understaffed with a messy dining area. We had a relatively long wait, but our server finally came over and explained that there were only two of them. The food came out quickly and we ate and helped clean up to the best of my abilities because I understand their situation. Overall the service was great and I hope they're all doing well.

I dined in the ihop is located on 3101 W Oakland Park Fl 33311 on 30. May 2022. It was 11:00. My bill was $39.06 in which I paid exactly that with my debit card. I decided to give a cash tip. The tip was only $2.00, because that was all the money I had on my people. On June 1st at 8:41 am I received an update from my bank, in which the bill was adjusted for an additional $10.00. Total fee for $49.06. This was an illegal and unauthorized prosecution that was added by an employee to the institution. I?ve contacted BBB and since the facility reacted that the $10 was personally returned to me. It's untrue. It's not the $10, it's more about main and honesty. I hope others are not affected by this act of thieves.
