Really great breakfast for vegans and those who eat gluten-free. juice and smoothie were wonderful as the breakfast waffel. French presse coffee for two. acai bowl was nothing special. service really attentive and friendly. great place. lunch menu looked even better

They have vegan waffels! everything is gluten-free. I couldn't believe how delicious it was. in any case, gluten-free does not taste. the French pressekaffee was as good as the fresh juice, and the hot sauce too.

Many elements in the menu are noticed as veganisable. with the raw lentil burger on my flight. it came in an salad pack and was very healthy and delicious!

We decided to try this place to breakfast because the whole menu is gluten-free! to my surprise, about 60% of which is also vegan! I had hated the wrench West tofu with sweet potato and smashed a waffle!

Fresh First has lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. I actually didn’t even realize meat was on the menu. Service is good. Prices ok. Serving sizes are very good. The food is unique, but the tastes were just decent. Very earthy and needs more salt/spices. That being said, I would go back to try more options, especially since finding vegan-friendly dining options is difficult in Florida.
