Dunkin' - Fort Lauderdale

On 09/15/23 10:20am I Waited 15 mins 1st in line at counter at Dunkin never got served and just sat there left ignored. I left to go eat somewhere else. Ridiculous.

The girl taking our order was impatient. And said, “Oh Lord! Like they don’t know what they want!” I thought that was very rude!

I went here this morning, forgot to order my donut, so i asked the girl to please add it. She said “ sorry we cnt add anything at the window…. We are timed” well if they were timed, adding a donut would have been the easiest add on for timing… she just didnt wanna do it. Sucks cuz i was planning to order from them to cater my company mid year meeting. They must not need the rev. Yeah today was just a $1 donut. Tomorrow a better deal, but no customer service. I didnt even have a car behind me …

Always mess up my order and I've been going there everyday for a almost a year now. Yesterday I ordered a ham and cheese croissant stuffer and I swear it came straight out the freezer into my bag. I didn't realize it till I made it to work.

Again, I 'm at the 24 hour drive thru at 5:15am and see people inside but nobody responding in the drive thru. I walk up to the door and they pretend not to notice (doors are locked, dining area is closed). Tried the drive thru again now with 2 additional cars now waiting and, again, no answer. Me and both other cars finally give up and leave. Went across the street to Cumberland Farms where a very friendly staff helped me immediately. Go there instead...
