Cross Grain Brewhouse - Fort Lauderdale

On feb 5th my wife and i entered this restaurant at FLL after 45 minutes waiting for a table, a third of the tables and chairs were occupied by people sitting and reading or using wifi but never received service, ordered club sandwich didn't have, i tried 2 more items they didn't have ended up ordering hen new sandwich and chicken fingers, we wanted 40 Mins for order, hoping to get a second chair which we did not. i ate my meal standing up while my wife sat on suitcase, there was a family of 5 that waited over and hour they got 3 seats, when 2 more opened up they went to get them and it started a big argument between two families, the workers did nothing and they knew the family of 5 already had there food. the food was good 40 mins later, but they weren't even that busy at the food line, there was a woman working at the bar at tried to help out, but the server diecula, (according to receipt) and the cook seemed like they didn't even care, I won't be back there.. shame because food was pretty good, not cheap, paid 17.99 for sandwich and 4.49 for water, don't remember other price. need to control seating and have better customer service... If you were lucky enough to find a table you also had to clean the trash off it

If I could give cero I would they give a really bad customer services and not to mension the bad attitudes tha the associates .

First time I came here about a month ago, some woman didn’t greet me and instead said we close in 15 minutes. I walked out.I was flying out again and tried to eat, and got the same message. We close soon. I said to her, wow, two times now I have tried to eat here. This time I was allowed to order. Haha.Work on greeting customers properly.I’m pro union but come on.

I had a terrible experience! The woman working there needs to be replaced; she treats customers poorly and always has something negative to say. Every time I visit the FLL airport, I encounter the same problem. I won’t even mention her name, as I see that I'm not the only one who has issues with her attitude. On top of that, the prices for the food are outrageous, yet the service makes you feel like you're getting a handout.

I stopped in for lunch before my flight out of Richmond. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese and fries, while my husband had a cheeseburger with homemade chips. Both dishes were tasty. However, I found the chips to be overly seasoned with ranch dressing. I also think that while butter on the rolls looks nice, it tends to make things messy and greasy. Our total came to $46.39 for two sandwiches, sides, tea, and a Diet Pepsi.
