Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was here a little after 6:00. I didn't have a chipotle since I worked at the Ballenhafen 6 years ago, but today it was a strong desire. The staff was so friendly and friendly! I enjoyed every moment of exchange between me and the Tortilla girl as well as I think it was the final manager who helped me. Food was delicious, I loved the guacamole so props to the prep person. The only complaint I can give is that I wish I had more chips in my pocket because they were so good, but overall great experience and delicious food.

Delivered on a contemporary fashion, was still warm and fresh. Follow UberEat instructions by adding the name on each bowl as desired. But were they not forks, spoons or napkins????????

As ordered in time (order). Not the best Chipotle I? ve ever had but it was okay, at least I got my food on time and did not have to wait after a refund after 40 minutes and hungry as yesterday in Cypress Creek location.

This restaurant is not in a good location. I tried it a few times and always frustrated. The last trip this week was the Icing that I will never be back. They were made from salad, guacamole, napkins and forks (how can you run from napkins and forks?) . I came home and began to feel sick shortly afterwards and had a bad case of food poisoning. Not back.

I go to chipotle infrequently enough to not learn my lesson, that this location is particularly horrible. Online orders are put on the back burner. You show up late to pickup expecting slow service. And it?s still never ready. Employees standing around doing nothing while the online order tickets are overflowing. No sense of urgency or quality of service. Consistently 3 of 3 times waited 30+ minutes after the time they give me, for my online order. Do yourself a favor and go to a different chipotle or dont online order here. Food is consistently mediocre like all chipotle, just exceptionally bad service here.
