There were trash bags on tables, overflowing trash, and filthy tables everywhere. The bathroom floors were covered in urine. I spoke with the manager, but he seemed indifferent and went about his business. I will never eat at this Chick-fil-A again. I have sent photos to corporate and filed a complaint with the county to request an inspection for any potential violations.
I confidently share this experience because, when I received my order at the drive-thru and opened the bag to check it, I was taken aback and asked, "What’s this?" It was disheartening to see that even the employee was surprised by the small size of the strips. What truly diminished my experience was that, after the initial employee's supervisor took a look at the order, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Driving away with my expectations deflated, I couldn't help but feel that this dish should never have left the kitchen. Chick-fil-A is one of the largest fast food chains in America, particularly known for its chicken sandwiches. How can a restaurant that specializes in chicken sandwiches serve something so lacking in the main ingredient? This experience was reminiscent of Wendy's famous 1984 "Where's the Beef?" commercial.
I ordered through the drive-thru and received my drinks in a cardboard holder, which was surprisingly soaked. When I pulled out my drink to take a sip, the bottom of the styrofoam cup gave way and spilled all over my car. That wasn’t the main issue, though; it was the response from the restaurant management that was disappointing. I reached out to Chick-fil-A, and they expressed their apologies but essentially stated it was not their problem. I believe the cup was likely punctured and leaking when I received it, which is why the holder was wet. Now, I need to detail my entire console and cloth seats to clean up the spilled sweet tea, and I'm currently using chemicals to treat my interior to prevent ants and tackle other residue. It's frustrating to see such a poor response from a company that claims to uphold strong values. Clearly, accountability is not one of them.
The service was horrible ???????? I told the server it should be better signs to drive within the drive threw, this lady almost hit my car and also blocking traffic into the major roads. Aniyah told me there is nothing I can do about it. I also had a bigorder I ask right before I pulled off can I have extra sauce she said it?s in the bag, can you move out the way. I kindly pausedand said have a nice day,, I drove all the way from Hollywood to this restaurant I always see great reviews but today I had ahorrible experience
I have never had anything bad to say about chic fil a their food is always on point. The best salads from a fast food restaurant. I'll continue going and spending my money because there customer service and food is awesome.
