Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Drum

Always a long line, customer service can be a bit better, but it's not terrible.

We went to Popeyes tonight and have the best service! Grace and Emin (probably written that wrong) worked and were so fast, friendly and efficient. We never get good service with these Popeyes, so I let them know how much they were appreciated when I came to the window and they had our stuff ready. What a great experience. Thanks Grace and Emin????????????

I ordered a delivery. Popeye staff did not send the right side order, chicken and pommes were all saggy and gave a taste of all old and oily. I didn't get a plastic war and straw for my drink. Worst experience. Do not order or visit this site ever.

We are not allowed on the Fort Drum base, so I don't know about the food and service. So we're going to Syracuse to solve our problem! Of course, the Watertown economy does not help.

Normally I love Popeyes, but this time didn't go so well. We were missing two of our sides for the family size meal. Happy to say the manager was pleasant and assured me they will make it right.
