Burger King - Fort Drum

I came here to get lunch for my wife and I left and when I got home her drink had no syrup so I tasted it and it was not good, I then poured the drink out and noticed that there was something in the ice that was in her cup, I then pulled out two receipts that were ordered roughly 30 minutes before I ordered, I went back up there and they were polite enough to give me a nee drink but I really didn't even want to be there in the first place, the employee i talked to was very polite during the situation though so I'm sure it was an accident

Can’t even give me my burger, closed at 8 instead of 12, you got one job and somehow messed that up, I don’t even understand. I asked for 2 items and they couldn’t do that, don’t know how they’ve made it this far. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

This place is definitely hit or miss, and for me it’s more of a miss! The customer service for starters is horrible. Idk why paying customers are such an inconvenience. Also, this place never has the newest items which I’m not sure why but being out of new items AND the usual ordered items is crazy. Long story short it’s another bk on another base
