Over charge me when I used a coupon and they opened up 30 min late sprite rates like it was

Food is superb always!But service is super slow. We placed the order at 7:00pm with pickup scheduled at 7:25pm and reached there at 7:35pm, still the food was not ready. This is not the first occurrence, happening almost every time. They made the order fresh and it was yumm as always!

The woman in the drive-thru had an extremely rude tone, and I was told there would be an unacceptably long wait time to make my order. There was no one else in line. I expect higher level customer service from any restaurant or business in this area.

Terrible service and food. The two girls working were really rude and the windows and tables were filthy. Hate to see this in our community.

Always something wrong with this location. Thet cancel deliveries on Uber Eats, frequently out of product, closed down during normal hours, rude staff. They should just close this location down and maybe start over with an entirely new staff and ownership/management..Can't express how bad my experience has been with this location...
