TheFish in - Forster

One of my old fish and chip stop but since new management food has gone awful ordered A family fishy busket recieved no lemons when ordered. Throw out chips they where not good at all.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and was disappointed by the soggy and oily large chips, undercooked and messy burger, uncooked Pluto pup, and awful fish. The staff was rude, stressed, and not clean. I will not be returning.

Hands down the absolute worst fish chips in Forster. What a fall from grace. Under the old owners it used to be amazing. Calamari was expensive burnt to a crisp greasy Fish was burnt, greasy and rubbery. Tartare sauce was free but flavourless Chips were surprisingly ok. Pluto pups were ok. Honestly can't understand how they can serve this sort of food? Expensive horrible food. 11/10 would not recommend Absolute waste of

My family and I visited this restaurant to show support for a new local business under new ownership. We were impressed with the fresh new signage and found the staff to be very friendly. The prices were affordable, making it a great option for any budget. I will mention that the portions sizes, especially for chips, were not very large, but at $9.90 for a large serving, it's understandable. We did have to wait 30 minutes for our order, but we were understanding as the restaurant had just opened and everyone was still learning. It's worth noting that their chips are gluten-free and cooked separately from other items. Despite the wait, we will definitely be returning soon.
