Taco Bell - Forrest City

The tacos were soggy, but the service was good for takeout dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food was rated a 2, while the service and atmosphere were both rated a 5.

The employees were standing next to the front door in the mobile pick up spot, smoking weed as if children didn't have to walk by them. The smell was very strong and unpleasant. Atmosphere rating: 1/5

The worst food service I have ever experienced. The workers at the Taco Bell in Forrest City, Arkansas, on the night shift at 11:12 pm completely messed up my $47.60 meal. I did not receive all of the food that was supposed to come with my order. I ordered a Dipping Taco box and they forgot to put cheese on my grilled cheese taco. When I called to ask about it, the lady on the phone said they would remake it, but when I asked if I needed to bring the taco back, she hung up on me. When I went to pick up my food, it was sloppily prepared and I still did not receive the missing food. They became angry with me because they had messed up my order even worse the second time. The lady with hairy arms and the cook on the night shift should be fired.
