Kfc - Forrest City

The food at this restaurant was tasty, although it wasn't what I had initially ordered. I placed my order online and my card was charged, but when I arrived they were out of Chicken pot pies. The staff was very accommodating and offered me an alternative dish for the same price. A shoutout to the staff working on Saturday, December 3rd for their excellent service.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I arrived when they opened and there was trash scattered throughout the booths. It was clear that the restaurant had not been cleaned the day before. The employees were disgusting and displayed poor work ethic and laziness. After seeing other reviews echoing the same sentiments, it became clear that this establishment is being ruined by incompetent employees. It is a shame to see a reputable franchise being tarnished in this way.

This restaurant was a complete waste of time and money. The pot pie was hard and burnt with only a few carrots, no peas, and hardly any chicken. I ordered hot wings online but was charged for them, only to be told they don't sell hot wings at this establishment. I am trying to get a partial refund for this error. Additionally, there were ants in my bag that were after the cookie included with my pot pie meal. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to and I will not be wasting my money here again. Other KFC locations I have visited had fresh, hot, and delicious orders.

The food was really quick and tasty. When we left, I noticed that the interior was the cleanest KFC I have ever seen.

I visited the drive-thru and was instructed to move forward to wait for my food. After waiting for twenty minutes, I went inside to check on my order because the drive-thru door was locked. I had to go around to the front, only to find that my food was cold because they had forgotten about me.
