Whataburger - Forney

I am to blame for this because I actually waited in the drive thru this evening for an hour and 30min! funny story my car was backed in to by a truck 3 weeks ago i got my new bumper on and picked my car up today the person in front in the drive thru linedidnt want to wait any longer and backed up his car in to my new bumper. waited 40min in line to get the menu to be told theycant serve breakfast its after 11:00 btw then they tell me they can make my order so i wait i finally get up to the window theguy at the window gives me the wrong shake i let him know that he takes the shake and turns around 10min later a lady comes tothe window and asks if need something i said yeah my shake! get home the tortillas on my taquitos were so stale you couldnt eveneat wasted over an hour plus 20 bucks and a minor accident. Got there at 1am and ordered. Didn't get our food till 2am. There wasn't anyway to get out of the drive-thru. Forney Whataburger is probably the worst Whataburger I've ever been to.

Waited 30 mins to get my food literally thrown in the bag and smooshed.

Manager Ted/Todd was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overcharged us on our food and refused to refund us the money.

On the weekends this place is awful. No organization people just standing around. If I was the boss I would fire everyone in the building and start over. It's not as bad during the week.
