KFC - Forest Lake

Kfc acacia ridge is way better than kfc inala, FACTS! most days the quality of the food is great. the customer service is adequate everyone is very patient and friendly.

Perfect Food, Sophie and Lilliee both best workers out there. Sophie so was kind and friendly in my drive through experience, she gave me so much time to place my order and was helpful when i didn’t know what i wanted. however the. Wait for chicken is longer than expected, but when i received my chicken the staff member Lilliee was lovely and energetic. Bravo to the staff at this kfc.

It was dinner tonight with the family and a worker called clara or cara was very rude to me. I have also observed their baggage orders and only throw items into the bag without being careful. the manager must talk to the workers about that...better customer service skills actually make the customers feel as if they may be there, at the end of the day we pay them to remember.

A worker named cara or clara was very rude today. she had so much imagination and saw that eating packed into my bag, it was all just thrown in. Honestly, her game is high!

This evening with my family visited and the customer service was absolutely rude! through the journey and a worker named clara gave so much employment and terrible service! never to visit there again.
