Starbucks - Forest Lake

I usually go to this Starbucks because I live close. Every time I order a pink drink with no ice and 4 scoops of vanilla bean powder. Sometimes they forget the vanilla bean powder or put the syrup in instead, but whatever. The last few times I have been here and asked for no ice in my drink, they have filled it up LESS than half way. I am paying for a drink, not ice. If I want ice, I 'll go get some damn ice. I have numerous reusable Starbucks cups that I pour the drink into because they don 't take those cups to fill anymore due to Covid. This is the only Starbucks that has done that to me. Like I said, I 'm paying for a drink, not ice. I asked the girl working why my drink wasn 't filled and she simply says that 's how it is if you don 't want ice ... my drink was less than half full.

This is not a very good location due to very slow and bad service. I've called corporate numerous times because they always forget an item or two when I order. I dont know what is going on in this store but they need to train their employees or change management. I've given them plenty of chances and gave them the benefit of the doubt but they are consistently bad and slow. We ordered through the app 30 mins ahead and get to the store and still have to wait 20 mins or more. Even with all the wait somehow they still forget or mess up my drinks. The employees also are not very friendly. I've spent so much money at Starbucks in general and they can at least be a little bit more friendly. I've managed stores before and I know customer service very well. I would not hire a staff that can't even smile and the service need a lot of work. The inside of the store is also disgusting considering they don't even have a lot of customers inside their store during the pandemic and they just recently opened it for customers to dine in. This is time time to better serve the customers and to be extra clean. If they want customers to come back and spend their hard earn money especially in this location they need to fix their service. The worse starbucks I've ever been in. I wouldn't give this store any star if I had a choice.

What is going on at this Starbucks?! The location was recently moved and the wait now is insane! 25 minutes in the drive through! And a sign at the order kiosk and at the window says 6:30 am to 1:30 pm hours???

I don't understand why they are so slow.. I love Starbucks but I don't have time to wait 20 mins for a coffee! Thought maybe it was a one time thing, NOPE.. worst Starbucks I've ever been too

This place is pretty much the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. We went through the drive thru today, had 4 cars ahead of us, most who ordered 1-3 drinks. We were in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I even told the employee and he said oh you don 't have to tell me mam, it 's been like this for months. Well why hasn 't anyone- owner, manager or anyone else done anything about this? I just couldn 't believe it, usually Starbucks is fast, friendly and efficient. Stay away from here!
