Long John Silvers - Forest City

It is the best fast food fish restaurant round. They know their customers and remember their orders. Friendly staff, great menu with fair prices. Your baked shrimp is amazing! Her fish is also delicious and you can't forget her Hushpuppies.

The food was good as usual, but what I had during this special visit was the customer service. I'm not even sure what her name was, but it poured out rain and the young lady who took my order offered me an umbrella. Completely unexpected, and a breath of fresh air from this young generation. It is the accidental deeds of goodness that remain in the minds of men!!

I love LJS, her food is always wonderful. I'm sad there's no more. I need to drive at least 30 miles to find one. I went to the Forest City today, NC one, as usual the food was wonderful, the staff were great, but the trip through order board did not work and you had to order in the window then wait. I waited 30 minutes, not good.

If there were five stars, except they gave us an incomplete order. You missed us two of our page orders. We live about 15 miles away. So did not want to return 30 miles (round trip) to get it. Also noticed where the beverage machine was there a water leak and counter edge fell apart. On some of the columns the color was chipped and the pictures on the walls looked dirty. Food was good, but I would never take guests here. I would be too embarrassed by the shameful looking interior.
