The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Fontana

This barista Veronica that’s the name she gave me when I ask for a business card has a really bad customer service and actitud not only I waisted 20 min my drink was not correct to start with they only accepting cash bad attitude bad customer service and short personal working there by far the worst coffee bean location I have ever been and I been a customer of coffee bean tea for over 12 years .

Very friendly and welcoming staff. My drink came out just the way I like it.

Today my daughter and I went to buy a Blended caramel ice. Drinks and the view I have never had any bad experience with this place, it's my third time shopping there. But today it wasn't good. My daughter and I were having the ice blended caramel. And a piece of my nail came out, it was very disgusting for me and my daughter and I still feel like vomiting ? ? ??

The baristas here are very kind and do it right every time. I never have to send my drinks/food back for correction. I have to swing by soon. I’ve been so busy lately.

Not sure why they lock there doors and not answer the phones horrible customer service and yet there’s customers inside !
