Nice place where I love the staff? Lady made me laugh and yes good food and a lot of how I had West Co, Upland and Rancho, and that's as if I say 2. first is West I think that one is tied in Upland it is so good and that's better than rancho idk why I don't like the rich it was all yellow and watery I didn't like the in rancho plus small portion

Quantity about quality. While portion sizes are amazing, I can't overlook how a house cook like everything tastes the same damn thing. Honestly feels like it's just chicken cooked in the same pot, but only different sauces to make different choices. Even the Chow mine is Bland without taste. My family used to like coming here a couple years back. It was our go-to Chinese food place. We stopped going because the quality went down hill. Today we decided to try again. BIG MISTAKE! They were stingy with the shrimp item we asked for (even though you pay an extra $1.50 for it) and the chicken items were luke warm at best. When my husband told the server guy he replaced it, but with the same batch of the stuff that the previous serving had come from. Hello?! We took it back to him again (along with the rest of our food) to let him know the chicken was still not hot. We didn't want any of it at this point. He then decided he was going to start sampling the foods from the serving line to prove us wrong. Gross! Upon leaving, I assured him that they could keep our money, it wasn't about that. It was about the unsafe temperature at which they were serving things and a huge lack of customer service!

The Garlic Shrimp, they don?t devein it yes you can eat it with or without it?s intestinal track but for many it?s a preference without so I thought I?d mention that for you folks that read the reviews. Their smoothies are damn delicious, you can ask for boba in it too, I?ll be doing that today if I go in. I had the pineapple smoothie, and it was really weak on the pineapple, but whatever it?s my first time and they were busy, who knows if it?s always like that. They do their best to keep the food hot, but like most Chinese takeaways they get warm cold quick when you?re eating it so that?s alright. To the owners who are reading this, please cook your batter properly, I had two Garlic Shrimp that weren?t fully cooked and it was mush super uncool if you ask me.
