Really nice location outside the area. For where this is located the service and atmosphere is fantastic. The surrounding business aren't nearly as nice and coming here is always a treat. The staff is friendly and nice and the food is great, better than other IHOP locations.With the prices now so high at fast food it's actually cheaper or about the same price try just eat at IHOP and obviously you get better quality food and service. I recommend checking out their prices before hitting the fast food spots.

Some waitress gave me and my wife a redbull because a coworker brought some for everyone. I thought that was pretty nice of them.
