Contribuiți la feedbackThe steaks are awesome. Service is excellent. Try their Tiramisu Cake it is the best in the world. An easy place to get to with ample no hassle free parking. The hospitality compliments the food they serve with prices that that are reasonable in today's market. Moreover, you will leave there with enough food to carry you into the next day. Pound for pound, dollar for dollar, they are a tough act for any restaurant to follow.

If you are looking for the best of the best in quiet, courteous, and delicious experience, not only your taste buds, but your body and mind will thank you for dining at Artie's Steak and Seafood. We came here, basically, for a snack after several hours of weekend recreation at the nearby Orchard Beach. We are definitely not locals to the City Island and surrounding areas, so initially, we did not know where we'd go for lunch, and at first, slowly drifted the streets of City Island (in a car, thankfully : in search of just such a place. Finally, we saw a cute blue canopy at the corner, and decided то drop anchor there. Inside, we were greeted by an amazingly friendly staff, that even turned off air conditioning (just for us! in the room where we decided to stay. As far as food is concerned? One word: AMAZING !!! You have to come here to experience it yourself. It will not bite your wallet, but it most definitely will gratify your taste buds. We highly recommend this restaurant to any- and everyone.
I was looking for something new and my friend recommended this restaurant. I ordered the wing combo. Food and service were absolutely amazing. I do recommend Mrs. Artie’s Seafood!!! Thank you!
I am only giving a 3 star rating because the service was good. I ordered the Seabass over crab and corn salad. The Seabass was good but it was served on top of a very cold (refrigerated) corn and Lima bean salad. The very cold salad (which has mostly Lima beans with the corn, not crab) completely ruined the dish; it should have been made room temperature at the very least before serving with a piece of hot fish. Jambalaya was just ok. Three of us ordered Manhattan clam chowder, and though there was some clam in the soup, it was not a chowder. It was a vegetable soup with a little bit of clam flavor, and a small amount of clams thrown in. We ordered the steakhouse chocolate cake for dessert and it was a commercial piece of chocolate cake, the type that you would get in a diner. In general, the fish alone was prepared well, but everything else was just ok.
