Pizza Hut - Folkston

That is the worst place to order from! I had problems with them every single time I tried to order from them. from the order not right. pizza with barely tipping. forget a part of the order in the load. so that they get part of it, then have to wait for the rest. more than once, they simply decide that they want to cancel the order instead of delivering it! seriously, every single time, something goes wrong! I hope you've got a lot of luck with them. I spend my hard earned money from now on elsewhere!

The food is what it is. It's just an overpriced pizza chain so don't expect gourmet. On top of that they don't have a lot of stuff most huts do and they charge more. What they do serve is always good for what it is. What really carries this place is the staff. They're wonderful and always try to make sure everyone leaves with a smile. Even when you're just passing by and not actually getting food that night. I've never once had anything less than a stellar experience with anyone that works here.

Our pizza had no sauce on either of the 2 pizzas we got. The breadsticks were literally the only good thing we had. You would think one of the pizzas would have been made okay but neither were. They forgot to give us our 2 liter with our order and had to go back in to get it. Only one was working the 2 registers even though there were multiple customers waiting to be helped.

I order from here often. twice the staff really failed. tonight I gave my order all my information, etc. I was told that I called back 30-40 minutes after over an hour has been taken several times to say that they had no command for me. After talking to a supervisor, I was told that there is nothing she could do, but pick up my order again and I could wait 40 minutes or more and she wouldn't even give me a discount for her surprise. never again will I drive after hilliard or callahan if it will be a cold day in xxxx before they get my business and I am a great tipper. to bad folkston pizza hat
