Prime Met Steakhouse Lounge - FLUSHING

Arrived ahead of schedule for my reservation, was met with smiling faces who showed me to the lounge and bar to wait. Drinks were great. Food was outstanding and worth the value. The ambiance made for a fantastic first date experience. Would definitely return when I’m in town again.

The steak needs more trimming on the fat. Nice atmosphere. Bone marrow dish is legit. Also need to hire more staff.

They played good music , and I just wish it was a little louder. But other than that .. it was cool and vibey and the outside part of the venue was fire too though just too cold to be out there.

Food is always delicious. But they CANNOT seem to hire enough staff. Ordered a drink. 30 minute wait!!! Bar was 10 feet behind me. At 35 minutes, one of my guests received his drink. Appetiser of Beef Marrow bones came out LESS than room temperature. Had to ask for bread/rolls as we drank our drink. Music for a place that sells $90 rib-eye steaks was like a disco; painfully loud and ugly. Asked if I would like another drink; as a test, I said yes. Was served 2nd drink as I was paying bill. Another 25 minute wait for a drink. Mentioned it was guests birthday. No reaction. At end of evening we had to quietly ask if they could bring him a little cake! Delicious food! Last time going there. Will find another over-priced place to eat that doesn’t take 2.5 hours to eat and has an ambiance. Left with a headache. A feeling if being ignored is prevalent as soon as you arrive. Great food. Never returning….
