Kfc - Florence

3/24/22 had fried chicken and popcorn chicken today. The quality of the food today was really not very good. We're not sure if they are not changing the oil out on a regular basis but it was really subpar. I will give them credit they still have a goodchicken pot pie.

The staff is extremely friendly, the service is quick, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is kept clean.

There was a wait for the chicken, but they did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the estimated wait time.

The cashier lacked enthusiasm, earning a rating of zero. Even though the dining room was empty, none of the booths had been cleaned. The manager refused to accept a coupon book we purchased to support veterans' children, claiming that the other KFC wouldn't honor it either, even though we bought it locally. Additionally, my husband's order was incorrect, but he decided to eat it anyway.

Horrible food. The popcorn chicken was way over cooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like chemicals and the cashier 's can 't even keep track of who 's order is who 's. They told us at the drive through $11 and some change but when we get to the window she says$16 and some change, then after fixing that error she says she can 't give a receipt because the machine was messed up, go tocall and complain and have my order fixed since I can 't get a refund because she didn 't give a receipt and get no answer. Triedto called back to back and got nothing. Just like every other fast food restaurant in Florence just horrible. Corporate has beennotified.
