Fatz - Florence

I hate to be this person, but when I?m directly told I?m wrong after I worked at the restaurant years ago that this is a 12-oz Chopped Steak with onions, mushrooms, and au jus sauce, I take it as an insult. This is a burger patty. I swear I did not touchanything on this plate, I added the fork to scale it. I?m not even picky, I?m flat out insulted and then to be told I?m the onewho is wrong. Also the order did not receive the sides requested and due to the sides requested being an up-charge, it waseasier for management to enter the other meal ordered as double fries. The reason advised, she didn?t know what the instructionsmeant so instead of confirming the order she doubled the fries ???????? instead of calling to clarify the order. I worked atFatz and we had a heck of a lot more pride in the food and customer satisfaction than this. The picture is what is advertised,and this is what I got. Also the World Famous Calabash Chicken Tenders is what is displayed as well if you?re able to see pastthe multi-day oil it was fried in?

Jasmine was an amazing waitress! More than helpful with options for dinner. Our food was hot and delicious.

This restaurant and location has been open for years. I feel this restaurant isn't as good as it once was but still worth a visit. The food here is good but not great. This menu has tons of comfort food options. Drinks are also available hereincluding a full bar. This a cool place for an affordable family outing or a fun time with friends

I?ve been coming here during my travels for several years. It used to be a nice place with a lively happy hour. Each time I come it seems to go a little more down hill. Times are tough. Fatz Cafe has a lot of potential but I don?t know if they can survivemuch longer. I ordered a double stack burger that was tasty but a little on the small side. See photo.. I guess the top pattyfell apart. No big deal. However, The tables seems sticky and the carpeting especially in the back is very worn and dirty.Bathroom could also use some attention. On the plus side. Waiter was nice.

Very good bbq pulled pork. Service was pretty good and friendly. The smothered tater tots with pulled pork were so good, they could actually be a meal. Steaks were really good. Red skin mashed potatoes are amazing. Desserts were scrumptious! Only thingnot that good was the Mac n' cheese.
