Arby's - Flint

I asked my partner to grab a meal for me because I was running late. I specifically requested that my food be made to order. However, when my partner returned with the meal, I found that it was not fresh. The fries were old and tasted stale, and the sandwich was disappointing.

I really enjoy this restaurant! The food is delicious and the staff is efficient and friendly. Even if they are short staffed, they still provide great service. I highly recommend it!

The customer service at this location is terrible. The female manager with blonde hair and glasses should be fired. I will be contacting Arby's about my experience. I am unable to provide the name of the manager as she refused to disclose it.

90 percent of the time that the food is warm and fresh makes me rarely disappoint. one of the places where I go when I want to eat quickly.

Out if stock on a lot of menu items. After getting g home and drinking half my iced tea I opened the lid and found it full of slime. Really disappointed.
